Shadow Teacher

We are currently looking for Shadow Teachers who is passionate about working with children and eager to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students during learning activities.
- Assist students in developing academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized strategies under the guidance of therapists and educators.
- Monitor student progress and document daily observations.
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and parents to support each student's development.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote student independence.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or related fields.
- Passionate about working with children, especially children with special needs.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience as a Shadow Teacher, Teacher, or working with children is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
