Tailoring & Garment Production Professional

Key Responsibilities

Perform sewing and garment assembly activities according to specifications. Carry out stitching, hemming, finishing, and related sewing tasks. Work with different fabrics and garment materials. Follow patterns, measurements, and instructions accurately. Ensure seams, stitches, and garment finishes meet required quality standards. Identify and correct sewing defects where necessary. Inspect completed garments for quality and consistency. Meet daily production requirements. Maintain sewing equipment and work area in good condition. Work collaboratively with other members of the production team.

Requirements & Skills

Proven practical sewing ability. Knowledge of garment construction and finishing techniques. Ability to operate relevant sewing machines. Good knowledge of fabrics and garment handling. Strong attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines. Ability to follow patterns and measurements accurately. Team-oriented and hardworking attitude.

Salary:  GHS 900 – GHS 1,200 per month
