Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality directors to ensure cohesive standards across all production lines.

Operational Oversight: Implement rigorous testing protocols for blown film and plastic bag production to guarantee 100% compliance and customer satisfaction.

Experience: At least 5 years of proven leadership in quality management within the plastic or packaging industry .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Career Level: This is a Manager-level position requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on execution.

Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt .
