Factory Planning Manager

The Role & Your Impact As the Factory Planning Manager, you will be the architect of our production schedules, ensuring that every resource is optimized and every deadline is met with precision. You will bridge the gap between Administration and Manufacturing , creating a seamless flow of information and materials that keeps our facility running at peak performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the comprehensive factory planning process to meet production targets.

Optimize resource allocation , including labor, machinery, and raw materials, to maximize output.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with market demand and sales forecasts.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing planning, operations management, or a related field.

Exceptional Management and Planning skills with a track record of leading complex production environments.

Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Production Scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Strong Team Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse workforce towards common goals.

Strategic Planning capabilities to anticipate future needs and scale operations effectively.

Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Process Optimization methodologies.
