Project Manager (Industrial Parks) - Civil Engineer

Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects for logistics parks and industrial warehouses, through team leadership and efficient resource management, ensuring compliance with deadlines, the approved budget, and quality and safety standards, in accordance with current regulations.

Requisitos

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree, diploma, or certification in Project Management, desirable.
• Minimum of five years of experience in positions such as Construction Project Manager, Construction Manager, Works Manager, Project Head, Site Manager, Site Resident, or Works Supervisor, preferably in logistics parks, industrial warehouses, or commercial developments.
• Verifiable experience in budget administration, schedule control, team leadership, and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of materials, construction systems, and construction, safety, and occupational health regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• 85% proficiency in the English language.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology applied to construction, desirable.
• Leadership, planning, negotiation, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a results orientation.

Funciones principales

• Plan and supervise project stages, from engineering coordination to the delivery of the works.
• Control physical and financial progress, ensuring compliance with the schedule and the authorized budget.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and teams from different specialties.
• Verify that works comply with plans, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and follow up on permits and licenses required from the corresponding entities.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Supervise the efficient use of resources and follow up on the timely supply of materials and equipment.
• Identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and rework.
• Lead technical meetings and present progress and results reports.
• Keep project documentation up to date, including design changes, incidents, and implemented solutions.
