Your tasks
As Senior Manager (m/f/d) Human Resources you will be the key strategic partner for the Area Germany & Central Europe, shaping people strategies that align with business goals. You will work closely with the Area Managing Director and HQ functions to ensure a coherent, business‑oriented HR approach, fostering an inclusive culture, high employee engagement and robust governance across the region.
Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted sparring partner to the Area Managing Director, translating business priorities into impactful people strategies and solutions
Shape the Area’s workforce, talent and organizational agenda, including workforce planning, organization design and the development of critical capabilities
Provide senior HR leadership and direction, advising and challenging leaders and managers on key people and organizational matters, including organizational development, transformation, performance management, career development and employee relations
Coordinate closely with HQ HR functions such as HR Services and Talent Acquisition, facilitating effective collaboration and ensuring a coherent HR approach
Translate the People Strategy into tangible priorities and actions for the Area, driving leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and a strong, inclusive culture
Ensure consistent, business-oriented HR delivery and employee experience across the Area, continuously improving HR processes and ways of working while responding effectively to the operational needs of the business
Ensure sound labour law compliance, effective HR governance and constructive Works Council relations
Your profile
Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant HR / HR Business Partner experience Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and challenge senior leaders Solid experience in organizational development, change management, talent management and workforce planning Sound knowledge of German labour law and works council law Fluency in German and English Leadership experience is a plus
