Your tasks
- Assist clients with residential and commercial property sales and rental transactions in Singapore.
- Follow up on available company-generated leads and actively develop new business opportunities.
- Arrange property viewings, communicate with clients, and coordinate transaction processes.
- Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor property market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements
- Must own a personal car for property viewings, client meetings, and business-related travel.
- Open to both experienced real estate agents and newcomers interested in the real estate industry.
- Must be CEA-registered as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES), or eligible to register through the company, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with business development and client prospecting.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
