For the location in Augsburg, we are looking for a:

Project Manager Customer Projects (m/f/d)

As a customer account manager, you will be the central point of contact for our customers in day-to-day business and part of one of our sales teams. After appropriate clarification regarding forecasts, planned figures, and receipt of the customer order, you will trigger material procurement and set the course for the detailed planning and control of production. You will monitor the process flow until the on-time shipment of the assemblies and act as the central interface between the internal departments and the customer.

Your tasks include:

• Central point of contact in day-to-day business for an assigned customer base
• Customer communication regarding delivery dates and general clarifications
• Project management including the creation and coordination of delivery schedules with production control
• Independent planning and tracking of customer orders and framework orders
• Deadline monitoring and disruption management to ensure delivery reliability and customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation within the sales team (Purchasing and Technical Customer Project Management), with Production and Quality Management

You bring with you:

• Commercial training with relevant professional experience and corresponding further training, or a completed degree in Business Administration (BWL) with professional experience
• High customer orientation as well as a friendly, reliable communication style
• Enjoyment in the management and coordination of projects
• Affinity for numbers as well as an independent way of working
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Resilience and enjoyment of teamwork
