For the location in Augsburg, we are looking for a:

Financial Controller (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring transparent and consistent financial reporting across multiple countries and support the management and international locations through sound analyses, planning, and management tools.

Your tasks:

• Analysis and creation of Business Controlling Reports for the sales and materials management areas
• Support in the creation and implementation of monthly reporting to our Swedish parent company
• Performance of variance analyses and derivation of recommendations for action
• Creation of analyses regarding revenue, margins, cost structures, and profitability
• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Development and optimization of controlling tools and processes, as well as the KPI system
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and management
• Support with investment and economic efficiency calculations

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable
• Initial professional experience in an international finance and controlling environment of an industrial company
• Proficient knowledge of HGB and cost accounting, ideally also IFRS
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as experience with ERP systems (ideally proAlpha)
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and initiative
• Good written and spoken English skills
