PIPING INSULATION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate piping insulation works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Review project requirements and prepare required technical documents, method statements, and engineering submissions.
• Liaise with clients, engineering teams, fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage material take-off (MTO), procurement, material delivery, and insulation work progress.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Train and guide team members on work procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate work priorities and completion sequences with relevant departments.
• Prepare necessary project correspondence, instructions, and claims documentation when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in piping insulation works within the oil & gas, marine, offshore, or construction industry.
• Good understanding of piping drawings, specifications, and insulation materials.
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of project documentation, material control, and progress tracking.
