Assistant Manager of Trade and Logistics Administration Department

Job Purpose ・ Management for above department ・ Achieve department objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts ・ Establish and nurture client relationships ・ Develop and optimize logistics networks ・ Procure logistic services and manage contracts to support supply chain operations ・ Sales and fleet procurement of transportation services for domestic and overseas customers Job Duties ・ Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed ・ Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement ・ Negotiating all trade conditions with buyers and sellers. ・ Trading in domestic, import, export, and trade among three countries. ・ Reserving foreign currency exchanges. ・ Inventory checking at overseas warehouse. ・ Credit risk management and financial analysis. ・ Guidance and training of subordinates with personnel management. ・ Frequent overseas business trip alone with short notice to all over the world. ・ Manage product movement within the supply chain. ・ Chartering and operating ships.
