Your tasks

Are you someone who enjoys ensuring that our applications and systems always keep running and that users can work optimally? Then this role as an application administrator at Hanssen Kozijnen is for you. You are an important player in connecting technology, processes, and daily operations.

As an application administrator, you are responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of our core application in which quotes, orders, and order processing take place. Additionally, you support the management of the ERP environment and ensure an optimal connection between systems and business processes.

Tasks that include, among others, are:

• Managing, configuring, and optimizing the window configurator and the ERP environment;
• Supporting users and resolving incidents and disruptions;
• Coordinating changes, updates, and version control;
• Analyzing processes and proposing improvement suggestions;
• Maintaining contact with various software, machine, and system suppliers;
• Documenting applications, processes, and new functionalities;
• Monitoring continuity, performance, and security of applications.

Requirements

You have a completed HBO education in the direction of technical business administration, with an affinity for IT and software. Additionally, you have several years of work experience in application management within a production or technical environment. You also possess knowledge of ERP systems and databases (including MySQL). You master the English language, are communicatively skilled, service-oriented, and independent.
