Technical Trainer (m/f/d) for Hydraulics (Education Specialist)

IHA Schulungs gGmbH, a subsidiary of the Internationale Hydraulik Akademie (IHA), offers practice-oriented training and further education for industrial and mobile hydraulics.

For various training measures in the field of fluid technology/hydraulics, we are looking for a Technical Trainer (m/f/d) for hydraulics for our training location in Dresden-Weixdorf.

Your tasks:

• As a trainer (m/f/d), you will conduct in-person training in the field of hydraulics and create and update training and educational materials in German and English
• You will participate in the creation of new seminars and training concepts
• Through your sound specialist knowledge, you will support our cooperation partners at trade fairs and publish articles in various specialist journals
• Additionally, you will develop training materials using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as other innovative media

What do we expect from you?

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Techniker/Meister (m/f/d) or Engineer / Bachelor (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
• Many years of practical experience in the field of stationary and/or mobile hydraulics and good theoretical knowledge in the area of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, etc.)
• Confident appearance before groups - with presentation and moderation skills that inspire
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Training-ready knowledge of technical English, both spoken and written
• You are willing to travel, as technical seminars are conducted at our training locations or at our customers' sites

Experience as a trainer (m/f/d) is desirable, but interest in a training role and the willingness to qualify in this area is mandatory.
