• Prepare and send invoices for customer orders.

Requirements

• Ensure orders are produced according to customer requirements.
• Communicate customer orders and specifications accurately to bakers and decorators.
• Follow up on orders throughout the production process.
• Consolidate daily orders.
• Liaise with the Graphic Designer where designs or images are required based on customer requests.
• Engage decorators regarding fondant orders and ensure designs are properly confirmed.
