In our company headquarters in Pullach near Munich or Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Financial Accountant for our Fund Accounting team.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and financial reporting:

• Carrying out the complete accounting for a fixed circle of real estate and investment companies (predominantly GmbH & Co. KG, GmbH, special assets)
• Processing of property, investment, general partner, and inventory companies including the handling of payment transactions
• Posting of shareholder accounts as part of the annual financial statements

Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB, KAGB):

• Preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and KAGB
• Participation in the preparation of VAT advance notifications
• Preparation and review of tax returns
• Cooperation and coordination with auditors, tax advisors, tax offices, tax auditors, and property management companies

Preparation of statutory and regulatory reports and reporting:

• Responsibility for the timely preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports
• Coordination of relevant content with internal interfaces and external partners to ensure high data quality

Design and further development of processes:

• Active participation in the optimization and standardization of processes in Fund Accounting
• Support in projects for the digitalization and automation of accounting and reporting processes
• Contributing ideas for increasing efficiency and quality assurance in day-to-day business

Your Profile

• Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on Accounting or commercial training with further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting, ideally with a connection to real estate funds or financial services
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AGRESSO) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working with high initiative
• Team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
