ADMIN SUPERVISOR / EXECUTIVE

Your tasks

Coordinate and supervise 3PL operations by managing shipping and customs documentation processes, liaising with carriers and customers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.

• Supervise and execute 3PL operational tasks to ensure efficient logistics flow and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and customers to arrange inbound and outbound shipments using shipping forwarding knowledge
• Prepare and verify customs documents, including import and export permits, to comply with regulatory requirements
• Manage shipping and customs documentation processes to support timely clearance and delivery
• Adapt work schedule to include after-office hours and public holidays to meet operational demands

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or executive experience in 3PL functions
• Basic knowledge of shipping forwarding and customs import/export permits
• Education level of “O” level or Diploma
