Your tasks

• Keep up to date product information and accurately describe product features to customers.

• Help customer service and retention function, handle customer queries, complaints, suggestions and requests.

• Understand market trend, market need and identify potential sales channel to develop business plans and strategize for business.

• Provide feedback from the customer's point of view.

• Plan and develop sales promotional activities.

Requirements

• Have Minimum experience of 3 years under some well- known designers in Indian ethnic wear or under some reputed brands in the similar field.

• Expertise in Indian bridal wear, embroideries mainly into Sarees, Lehnga and Punjabi Suit for the premium market.

• Knowledge of textures, patterns, fabrics, embroideries, sourcing of materials.

• Should be creative in design function and can be work under pressure.

• Technical and practical knowledge of customer service/relationship management process in a retail environment.

• Strong understanding of customer psyche and issues in retail purchases.
