Your new job? Technical Facility Manager (m/f/d) full-time for a client in Bremen.

Your tasks: -Central contact person for internal departments regarding technical and infrastructural facility management -Planning, coordination, and management of technical construction and renovation projects, including cost calculation and tenders -Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of technical systems as well as use of CAFM systems and building automation technology -Planning and organization of maintenance measures as well as tracking of warranty claims -Accompanying inspections by authorities, experts, and testing organizations -Coordination of external service providers and specialist companies, including quality, schedule, and cost control -Processing of technical malfunctions as well as management of service and maintenance orders -Participation in measures in energy and environmental management as well as optimization of plant operation

Your profile: -Completed technical degree, e.g., Elektrotechnik or a comparable field -Several years of professional experience in technical facility or building management -Proficient use of MS Office as well as experience with FM software, CAD applications, and building automation technology -Good English skills in speaking and writing -Willingness for occasional business trips -Strong service and customer orientation when dealing with internal contact persons -Assertiveness and negotiation skills towards external service providers -Structured, solution-oriented way of working -Sense of responsibility and organizational strength
