For our partner company (mechanical engineering) in the greater Oldenburg area, we are looking for several via direct placement:

Team Leader (m/f/d) - Electrical Assembly / Mechanical Engineering

Your tasks:

• Guidance and supervision of an assembly team within production as well as at the end customer
• Control and scheduling of external service providers (subcontractors) at the end customer
• Accompanying assembly and commissioning at end customers worldwide
• Assembly of electronic components and groups according to plan
• Monitoring and documentation of assembly work
• Assembly and maintenance of systems at end customers worldwide

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in the electrical trade
• Optional further training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or Meister (m/f/d) in the electrical trade
• Professional experience in electrical assembly, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Initial leadership responsibility in the area of team leadership and supervision of subcontractors
• Knowledge in the independent management of "construction sites" or production orders at the end customer (material requisition, employee deployment planning, documentation, etc.)
• Knowledge of SPS (SIMATIC, SIMOTION, TIA) is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Willingness to travel worldwide (< 50 %)
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
