Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) - Defense

Your future tasks:

• Independent design of job advertisements
• Advising specialist departments
• Identification of qualified candidates (/m/f/d)
• Assessment of candidate suitability
• Conducting digital and personal interviews
• Creation of reports
• Support of Employer Branding measures

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of business or a commercial vocational training (e.g., Bürokauffrau (m/f/d)) or similar
• Initial professional experience in the required field
• Good MS-Office skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Structured and independent way of working

What awaits you:

• A long-term assignment with a high probability of permanent employment
• Regular working hours of 40 hours/week
• Attractive remuneration with special payments based on the IG Metall collective agreement (Equal Pay from the 1st day of assignment)
