Travel Expense Auditor (m/f/d) - Defense

Your future tasks:

• Auditing of travel expense reports for compliance with legal and internal guidelines in SAP systems
• Booking of travel and travel expenses (domestic/international) as well as travel expense advances in SAP
• Tax audit and booking of vouchers
• Auditing and booking of corporate credit cards and payment instructions from the HR department
• Creation of evaluations and reports on travel expenses
• Administration and maintenance of employee and account data

What you bring to the role:

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or similar
• Experience in processing travel expense reports
• MS-Office skills
• Good knowledge of the SAP module Travel Management
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Initial knowledge of wage, income, and sales tax law
• Structured and independent way of working
• Friendly demeanor
