We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. This position offers a variety of exciting projects, from custom finish carpentry to full-scale renovations. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform renovations, including finish carpentry, framing, Install cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, baseboards, kitchens and other finish carpentry details.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Work effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a carpenter, with a focus on renovations and finish carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and plans.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Own basic carpentry tools (company may provide additional tools).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.
