Senior Talent Researcher - EMEA - 12m FTC

About the company

A household, global brand are looking to bring a Senior Researcher to join their centralised Talent & Strategic Sourcing team, supporting hiring across corporate functions including Sales, Marketing, People, Legal etc.

Your tasks

This isn't req-by-req sourcing. You'll run 4-8 strategic projects at a time, from market mapping and deep desk research to referral generation and mining in the bespoke in-house ATS for hidden talent, then engage, assess and advise the recruiters and hiring teams you partner with.

Requirements

You'll need

• 8+ years in sourcing or research
• Proven Sales and Marketing hiring experience (a must)
• Advanced Boolean and Google X-ray skills
• Pan-European sourcing experience - global experience would be a nice to have
• A research or sourcing background at a leading in-house team or search firm
• ATS and database mining know-how

Bonus points

• Executive search experience
• Marketing, comms or PR hiring exposure (media, entertainment, fintech, consumer tech)
• Hands-on use of AI tools in sourcing

The team are ideally looking for someone to join as soon as possible, but can wait for a notice period for the right person. The role would be classed as a 'contractor' paid on a day rate of up to £380 PAYE.

The team are remote, but do try to have in person meetings once a month in London.
