Inhouse Recruiter - Sports

About the company

A high growth sports business with big plans for 2027, are looking to bring an Inhouse Recruiter to their team to help build the talent function from the ground up.

Your tasks

• Headhunt and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and industry networks, mapping markets across the UK, Europe and US
• Build pipelines and a global talent network, reducing reliance on agencies
• Coordinate hiring end to end, from screening and interviews to offers, with a brilliant candidate experience
• Help set up and optimise a new ATS and recruitment tools
• Shape the employer brand and own the internship programme

Requirements

You'll need

• Some experinece within recruitment, either inhouse or agency side. Experiece in sales, research or another people-facing role, with a genuine interest in a Talent career could also work!
• A proactive, curious attitude, be able to take initiative without waiting for direction
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple processes across locations and time zones
• A "no job is too small" attitude and an appetite for building in a scaling environment
