Responsibilities and attributions
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan demands and activities in the short and long term.
- Review code from the development teams.
- Understand customer needs in different scenarios.
- Define priorities, effort, and deadlines.
- Have active and didactic communication with the team and other sectors.
- Manage people daily.
- Conduct 1on1s with all team members.
- Participate in technical meetings with external and internal customers.
- Improve product quality.
Requirements and qualifications
Technical Skills: Software development; Git/Github; Cloud Infrastructure; People Management; Advanced English for conversation and writing.
Behavioral Skills: Interest in diversity, inclusion, and accessibility; Curiosity; Collaborativity; Structure and orientation towards action; Comfortable working in ambiguity and in early-stage environments; Focus on impact — not just on output; Good communication; Negotiation skills.
