We are looking for a friendly, detail and oriented, and dynamic professional to join our team as a Cashier & Guest Relation Officer, in Hanam Korean Restaurant Umalas Bali. Job Description :

1. Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival.
2. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
3. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
4. Process guest bills, payments (cash, credit card, e-wallet)
5. Manage the Cash Register / POS system in compliance with standard operating procedures
6. Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirement :

1. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
3. Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handling payment transactions
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
5. Domicile in Bali
