Your tasks
Mission
- Taxation: contribution to tax returns (TVA, CFE, DAS2)
- Payroll accounting and social security contributions
- Bank accounting, financial assets, and financial debts
- Intercompany general accounting
- Fixed assets accounting
- Inventory accounting
As part of this mission
- Accounting production
- Accounting review controls according to the control program defined at Hana group
- Contribution to projects
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes
Main objectives
- Compliance with taxes, legal requirements, and internal procedures
- Reliability of accounts
- Respect for the monthly closing schedule
Requirements
Aptitude
- Communicate internally or externally to obtain the information required for accounting processing: Completeness, Deadline, Quality, Format.
- Be proactive and an actor for the continuous improvement of the organization, processes, and methods.
- Be a partner to the company's stakeholders: CDG, RH, operational managers.
- Foreign languages: English
- Accounting training 2 to 4 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position
- Experience in an accounting firm appreciated
- Good level of Excel (TCD, VLOOKUP) on files with large amounts of data
- Cost accounting with numerous BU/axes
