Marketing Executive

HAN6 Wellness Tech Pte. Ltd. , creator of Harmony Far Infrared Wellness , is looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Executive to support the growth of our wellness brand and expanding business network. The successful candidate will work closely with management to plan and execute marketing activities across digital, social media, content, customer acquisition and business development campaigns. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.

Support paid advertising campaigns for customer acquisition, membership growth, franchise enquiries and other business initiatives.

Create and manage landing pages, lead-generation funnels and campaign forms.

Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates and other key marketing metrics.

Assist in improving campaigns based on data and performance.

Social Media & Content Manage and maintain Harmony's social media channels.

Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

Create engaging content including posts, short-form videos, reels, advertisements and promotional materials.

Coordinate photo and video shoots involving customers, management, business partners and other stakeholders.

Perform basic video editing and adapt content for different social media platforms.

Explore AI and digital tools to improve the speed and quality of content production.

CRM & Marketing Automation Support the management of customer and prospect databases.

Create and maintain marketing funnels and automated follow-up sequences.

Assist with WhatsApp, email and CRM campaigns.

Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up and conversion.

Work with the management team to continuously improve the customer and prospect journey.

Brand & Marketing Materials Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, posters, advertisements and digital assets.

Ensure marketing materials are consistent with Harmony's brand identity.

Coordinate with external designers, videographers, agencies, KOLs and other marketing partners when required.

Customer & Membership Marketing Develop campaigns to attract new customers to experience Harmony Far Infrared Wellness.

Support membership promotions, customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Assist in collecting customer feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.

Business & Franchise Marketing Support marketing campaigns for Harmony's business expansion and franchise development.

Assist in producing franchise-related digital content, videos, landing pages and lead-generation campaigns.

Coordinate marketing activities with management and business partners.

Support events, roadshows, presentations and other promotional activities when required.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation is preferred.

Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital marketing channels.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, landing-page builders or marketing automation tools would be an advantage.

Comfortable creating simple graphics and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.

Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content creation.

Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Creative, resourceful and willing to learn new tools and technologies.

Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Comfortable working in a growing company where priorities may evolve quickly.

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only coordinates marketing activities. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who enjoys creating, testing and executing ideas . You should be comfortable moving between social media, advertisements, videos, landing pages, CRM campaigns and real-world marketing activities. This role provides the opportunity to participate directly in building and growing Harmony Far Infrared Wellness as the brand expands its presence in Singapore.
