Tasks:
- Direct and control construction projects.

- Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate.

- Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Plan and organize construction projects.

- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
- Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve product and service related problems.
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Develop and implement financial and operating plans.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Develop action plans .
