What to expect
- You will take responsibility for the master data maintenance of in-house manufactured parts, purchased parts, as well as auxiliary and operating materials in the ERP system.
- In doing so, you will ensure consistent and precise terminology in multiple languages.
- You will check manufacturing drawings and ensure that they are executed in accordance with standards.
- You will classify our products using statistical commodity numbers.
- You will ensure proper classification with regard to Material Compliance in accordance with EU and non-EU regulations.
- You will support the creation and management of important product documentation.
What you bring with you
- You have technical training and ideally further training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in reading and checking technical drawings.
- You already have initial experience in dealing with ERP systems, preferably with proALPHA.
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
- You have an affinity for data and new technologies.
- You work in a structured manner and are characterized by a strong sense of quality.
- You enjoy working in a team and impress through initiative as well as the motivation to learn new things.
