We are looking for a Senior Key Accountmanager/Teamleider who will play an important role in the further development of our commercial organization. The focus lies emphatically on managing and guiding the account management team, combined with managing a number of strategic customer relationships.

Because a large part of the portfolio is German- and English-speaking, being able to speak both languages fluently is of great importance.

In this versatile position, you will divide your time between team leadership and account management.

Team Leadership

As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily management of the account management team. You ensure structure, clear priorities, and optimal cooperation within the team.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Coaching, guiding, and developing employees
• Distributing tasks and setting the right priorities
• Monitoring the progress and quality of the work.
• Supporting colleagues with complex commercial issues.
• Acting as a point of contact and sparring partner for the team.
• Visiting growers and maintaining relationships within the chain.
• Handling tasks during the absence of team members.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the further professionalization of the department.

Account Management

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will manage a number of important existing customer relationships.
