You speak fluent Romanian. We are looking for someone who wants more than just administration.

As Commercial Support at Hamiplant, you will support our commercial colleagues.

What will you do?

You ensure that our commercial colleagues and customers can rely on you. That means you will take on many different tasks:

• You process and check customer and order information;
• You keep our administration and systems up-to-date;
• You support the Key Accountmanagers in their daily activities;
• You monitor actions and ensure that agreements are followed up;
• You identify when something can be done better or smarter and come up with ideas;
• You take on more and more tasks independently.

And perhaps most importantly: you get the space to grow.

In the beginning, you will get to know our organization, customers, and processes well. As you gain more experience, your role will become increasingly commercial. Think of more customer contact, independently handling customer inquiries, and eventually taking on more and more responsibility within your own customer portfolio.

We are looking for someone who specifically gets energy from working independently.

You see what needs to be done and take action. You don't always wait for someone to tell you what to do. At the same time, you know when to consult and you enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

What you bring:

• You speak and write fluent Romanian and English
• Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus
