As Commercial Support at Hamiplant, you will support our commercial colleagues. You will start with a strong foundation in administration and support, but you will be given the space to take on more and more customer contact and commercial responsibility.

And perhaps most importantly: you will be given the space to grow.

In the beginning, you will get to know our organization, customers, and processes well. As you gain more experience, your role will become increasingly commercial. Think of more customer contact, independently handling customer inquiries, and ultimately taking on more and more responsibility within your own customer portfolio.

This is not a position where you wait for the next task every day.

You see what needs to be done and you take action. You don't always wait for someone to tell you what to do. At the same time, you know when to consult and you enjoy working together with colleagues.

You already have some work experience and are ready for a next step in which you receive more responsibility. You bring:

• You speak and write fluent Romanian and English
• Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus
• You already have some work experience;
• You have a commercial mindset and enjoy customer contact;
• You are proactive and take initiative;
• You are eager to learn and want to continue developing yourself;
• You can work well independently;
• You take responsibility for your own activities;
• You are a strong communicator and know how to address people in a pleasant manner.

You don't need to know everything yet. We are primarily looking for someone who wants to learn, takes initiative, and has the ambition to take on more and more.
