Coventry | Flexible Hybrid Working £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking a commercially focused Senior FP&A Manager to join a growing construction business, leading financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
• Monitor project performance, margins, cash flow and key financial KPIs.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

• CIMA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a project-based environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
