Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Joiner to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Swindon.

Responsibilities of the Joiner:

• Carry out a range of carpentry and general repairs, including fitting and repairing doors, internal joinery, UPVC windows and doors, locks, kitchen worktops and general kitchen repairs.
• Identify and diagnose faults, aiming to complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible.
• Complete all works within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
• Manage scheduled, emergency and additional repair jobs effectively throughout the working day.
• Participate in the 24-hour emergency call-out rota when required.
• Manage van stock, materials and tools efficiently, ensuring stock is replenished and securely maintained.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly.

Essential Experience of the Joiner:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
