Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Leeds Permanent 37 hours per week £32,500 + company van

Hamilton Wood Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis The main aim of the role will be to lead a team of four Gardeners, as well as support with the delivery of subcontractor services The hours of work consist of Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader: Leading and supervising a small gardening team. Undertaking gardening and grounds maintenance activities as required. Completing estate and site inspections. Monitoring the quality and performance of grounds maintenance activities. Engaging with resident and providing a visible presence across estates. Monitoring contracted services and working collaboratively with contractors Promoting safe systems of work and maintain high standards of health and safety.
