*Registered Dental Hygienist ? Part-Time*
*Location:* Upper James, Hamilton, ON
Our busy, well-established dental office has proudly served the Hamilton community for over 25 years. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and patient-focused *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team on a part-time basis.
At our office, our patients are our priority. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional periodontal care, educating patients, and helping create a positive dental experience.
*Schedule*
- *Wednesday:* 1:00 PM ? 9:00 PM
- *Friday:* 8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM
(If open to it we can also add Saturdays 9-2PM)
*Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
- Provide periodontal therapy and preventive dental care
- Take digital radiographs as required
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols
*Qualifications*
- Current registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience with Abeldent is considered an asset
