In an environment where product data quality, process mastery, and information system performance are key challenges, we are strengthening our organization and looking for a Product Quality Data Manager M/F.
Main Missions At the heart of quality processes and information systems, you will guarantee the reliability, consistency, and availability of product quality data. You will ensure their proper management and exploitation by the Quality, R&D, Purchasing, and Marketing teams, while contributing to the continuous improvement of associated tools and processes. Based on product quality data repositories (regulatory compliance, specifications, certifications, customer feedback), define the management rules for Quality data in SAP, PIM, DAM, PLM, QLIK (repositories, mandatory fields, naming conventions, validation workflows, updates, access control)
Implement consistency checks, data reliability indicators (completeness rate, update lead times), and guarantee consistency between different systems (SAP, PIM, DAM, PLM, QLIK)
Participate in the deployment of SAP QM, the scoping of business needs, and the definition of quality processes (controls, batches, non-conformities, certificates), and manage the configuration of SAP QM
Act as the primary interlocutor (BPO) between the SAP team and the Quality team for the deployment of the QM (Quality Management) module: define, configure, and evolve quality processes in SAP
Training & Support: train the Quality, Marketing, and Purchasing teams on tools and dashboards and support them in the entry and exploitation of product quality data.
Participate in information system evolution projects related to product quality
Your Profile: expertise, curiosity, and impact You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Environment, Data Management, or an equivalent field, and you enjoy transforming data into a lever for performance and reliability. You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment, with initial experience as a user of SAP QM. You are comfortable with information systems and data ecosystems: ERP, PIM, PLM, Business Intelligence tools… You understand the challenges related to product quality, from control data to certifications and regulatory compliance. You have advanced proficiency in Excel and know how to use data/BI tools to analyze, structure, and add value to information. Curious and future-oriented, you have a real appetite for AI and new technologies, with the desire to identify new ways to make data reliable, automated, and optimized. Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your rigor, analytical mind, autonomy, and ability to structure. You enjoy cross-functional environments and know how to build links with various stakeholders: Quality, IT, R&D, Purchasing, Marketing… Finally, your fluent professional English allows you to evolve naturally in an international environment.
