YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- Independent execution of monthly payroll processing with SAP HCM
- Advising employees and managers on wage tax and social security law issues
- Maintenance and ensuring of correct personnel and organizational data in SAP HCM
- Control and quality assurance of payroll processing as well as analysis of error lists
- Creation of certificates and reports for authorities, health insurance companies, and other institutions
- Responsibility for personnel controlling, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc evaluations
- Participation in personnel cost planning, accrual calculations, and year-end closing activities
- Support and further development of SAP HCM including customizing
- Support of projects, audits, as well as tax and social security audits
- Definition, documentation, and optimization of payroll processes as well as interface management with external service providers
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labor law
- Several years of practical experience with SAP HCM including customizing
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Very good English skills (at least C1 level)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of trustworthiness, loyalty, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
