YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed IT training with additional qualifications in the field of network technology or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience as an IT Network Administrator (m/f/d), ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Sound knowledge in system administration as well as in the operation of Microsoft and Linux server operating systems.
• Very good knowledge of network technology, especially in the areas of network protocols, network administration, network planning, and network configuration.
• Experience in the use of network management and monitoring tools as well as in the management of complex IT infrastructures.
• Good knowledge in the areas of IT security, data protection (DSGVO), and current legal requirements, especially in connection with NIS2.
• Knowledge in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environment as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management processes.
• Strong ability to analyze technical issues as well as to develop sustainable and practical solution concepts.
• Experience in conveying technical knowledge as well as in the understandable preparation and presentation of results and recommendations for action.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
• High organizational skills, strong time management, and a continuous drive for improvement in processes and workflows.
• Analytical thinking, technical understanding, and high problem-solving competence.
