Job Description: We are looking for an employee for our Inside Sales department starting immediately

These are your tasks:

In daily business

• Processing customer inquiries, which includes price calculation and the creation of quotations
• You advise customers regarding our product range and support them in selecting the right product
• Coordination/alignment of order processing with the shipping department
• Maintenance of necessary data in the ERP System, such as customer and article data
• Follow-up of quotations
• You look after domestic and foreign customers

Beyond daily business

• Collaboration in market research and marketing
• Collaboration in the feasibility testing of new projects and products incl. coordination with the technical and development departments

What you bring with you:

• A completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in sales
• Proficient PC skills, especially in handling ERP systems & MS Office
• Open, friendly communication; customer-oriented and also internally
• Good English skills
