ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Department for General Affairs 3. REFERENT/ICA (pisarnica) – 1 executor - permanent employment with a 2-month probationary period

Requirements: secondary vocational education in a technical or social field, at least 2 years of work experience in corresponding jobs, active knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing, active knowledge of computer work (Microsoft 365).

When applying for the competition, the candidate must attach:

• an application form available on the HAMAG-BICRO website (https://hamagbicro.hr/o-nama/zaposljavanje-2/)
• a CV
• proof of Croatian citizenship (double-sided copy of a valid identity card)
• proof of acquired professional qualification (copy of diploma/certificate). Only a diploma, certificate, or confirmation of completed schooling will be considered. Supplements to diplomas are optional but will not be considered a substitute for a diploma. If the candidate possesses a foreign certificate/diploma, a decision on nostrification must be attached.
• an electronic record of data recorded in the registry of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute. Only the e-work booklet will be considered, not the Certificate of seniority and salary.
• a certificate from a competent court that no criminal proceedings are pending against the applicant (not older than 30 days from the date of application to the competition)
• proof of English language proficiency (copy of a certificate or index or confirmation of a completed course). It is necessary to attach the first page of the index or certificate showing the candidate's identity. Various documents showing that a person attended a course/education/study conducted in English will not be considered.

Documents are submitted as uncertified copies, and candidates will present the originals before selection.

Candidates are obliged in the application to state the serial number of the job and the job position for which they are applying, as well as the name of the Service/Department to which they are applying.

In the case of applying for more than one advertised job, it is sufficient to submit one copy of the requested documentation, indicating the jobs for which the application is being submitted.

Candidates are obliged in the application to state their e-mail address.

In the case of testing, for a candidate who does not attend the testing, it will be considered that they have withdrawn their application to the competition and they are no longer considered a candidate.

If a candidate exercises the right of preference in employment according to a special law, they are obliged to refer to that right in the application and attach a copy of the documents proving the circumstances based on which they exercise the right of preference.

A regular application is considered an application that contains all the data and attachments specified in the competition. Incomplete or untimely applications to the competition, as well as applications sent by e-mail or fax, will not be considered.

The competition for establishing an employment relationship will be published in Narodne novine, Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje, Područna služba Zagreb, and on the website of the Croatian agency for small business, innovation and investment.

The job descriptions and all relevant information regarding the course of the competition will be published on the website www.hamagbicro.hr.

The Croatian agency for small business, innovation and investment collects, processes, and uses your personal data (identification data, contact data, and other data specified in the application) for the purpose of conducting the competition for employment for the job position to which you have applied. By submitting an application to the competition for employment, you agree to the method of collection and processing of your personal data described in this Competition. The notice on personal data protection and contact details through which the applicant can exercise their rights can be found on the website www.hamagbicro.hr.

Candidate applications with the accompanying documentation are submitted to the address: Hrvatska agencija za malo gospodarstvo, inovacije i investicije, Ksaver 208, Zagreb, with the notation „Ponuda za radno mjesto“.

The deadline for submitting applications is 14 days from the publication of the competition in Narodne novine.
