Sales Administration Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

• Drive the entire order management process with a 360-degree vision, ensuring the resulting logistics are handled within deadlines and customer satisfaction criteria.
• Manage high-stakes customer accounts.
• Optimize administrative and logistical processes: implementation and management of dashboards and KPI.
• Renew processes and grow the teams.
• Participate in cross-functional projects.
• Implement regular reporting to the supply chain management and the sales department.

Profile Description:

You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the food industry within a large group. You are proficient in SAP and have participated in the implementation of new tools within your teams. You are recognized for your listening skills, your ability to prioritize, and your ability to be proactive.

You speak English fluently.
