Job Description:

The Role:

As part of an accounting team and reporting directly to the Accounting Director, your missions will be as follows: Steering the entire Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for several international entities, from purchase requisition to supplier payment.

• Management and development of a team of 5 employees, 2 apprentices, and 1 intern, with supervision of performance and skill development Supervision of accounts payable operations and ensuring the reliability of financial data Coordination of monthly closings and contribution to the management of cash flow related to supplier flows Leading transformation projects and optimization of P2P processes in a context of strong growth and international expansion Deployment of automation, digitalization, and integration initiatives for solutions based on artificial intelligence Management and monitoring of electronic invoicing and ensuring the compliance of associated processes Strengthening financial controls and standardization of P2P practices at the Group scale Cross-functional collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams to align business processes and financial tools Definition and monitoring of performance indicators to improve operational efficiency and service quality Contribution to the construction of a scalable Finance operational model adapted to a multi-entity and international environment Identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions aimed at simplifying processes, reducing risks, and increasing the efficiency of financial operations.

Profile Description:

Profile Sought:

You hold a higher education degree in Accounting or Finance (DSCG, Master CCA, Grande École, or DEC in progress/obtained).

You have solid experience in Purchase-to-Pay, including significant experience in management or technical leadership.

You speak English fluently and are comfortable in an international environment.

A plus if you have: Tech/SaaS or multi-country experience; An interest or experience in AI applied to finance/accounting
