Customer Service M/F (M/F)

Our client, specialized in the railway sector, located in Levallois-Perret, is looking for a Customer Service professional in CDI.

A human-sized and multi-specialized recruitment agency, Haltys intervenes in the recruitment of qualified employees and executives in CDI, CDD, and temporary positions.

Our mission is to support our clients and candidates by providing the services and advice most adapted to their needs.

The position:

Directly reporting to the Head of the department, your main missions will be the following:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of client contracts, from order to return
• Ensure smooth operational follow-up in connection with the sales, technical, and logistics teams
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of data in the ERP
• Coordinate the processing of incidents, troubleshooting, and specific client requests
• Support clients on a daily basis with reactivity and a sense of service
• Supervise the follow-up of maintenance operations and ensure compliance with commitments
• Manage administrative and financial aspects: invoicing, rebilling, and credit notes
• Actively participate in improving the customer experience and the smooth running of operations

Profile sought:

Holding at least a Bac+2, you have a first experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.

You are comfortable with tools in general and have a fluent level of English (spoken and written).

You demonstrate real interpersonal skills.

Additional information:

Status: CDI Salary: 35K-37k depending on profile over 13 months 2 days of teleworking per week
