General Accountant (M/F)

Job Description:

Within the accounting team, you will play a key role in structuring and ensuring the reliability of the group's accounting operations. Your main missions will be as follows: Management of general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting for several entities, with rigorous monitoring of cash flows, fixed assets, revenue, payroll, purchases, and intragroup operations.

• Progressive internalization of certain accounting activities in order to strengthen process control and support the company's growth.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, as well as the production of all supporting documents necessary for their validation.
• Monitoring the tax and social obligations of the various entities, in connection with local partners and advisors, to ensure perfect regulatory compliance.
• Participation in the preparation of annual accounts and statutory financial statements, both in France and internationally.
• Supporting statutory auditors and participating in various audit phases.
• Continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes, notably through the optimization of tools and the automation of low value-added tasks.

Profile Description:

With a higher education background in accounting or finance (DCG, DSCG, Master or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in an accounting firm, ideally within a Big Four, or in a CAC 40, international, or high-growth environment.

You master French accounting standards (PCG) and/or IFRS and move with ease in demanding contexts.

Possessing an excellent analytical mind, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy in managing your priorities.

You have fluent English, both written and spoken, allowing you to interact effectively with international interlocutors.

Experience in the Tech, start-up, or scale-up sectors will be a real asset.

• Salary: 60K-70K depending on profile
