Do you want a key role in ensuring the fuel supply to one of the region's most important energy facilities? At HEM's combined heat and power plant at Kristinehed, we work together to convert waste into heat for thousands of households. As a temporary wheel loader operator in our receiving group, you will become an important part of the chain that ensures operations function safely, efficiently, and with high quality every day. Your duties You will become part of the Receiving group at Kristinehedsverket, where you will work closely with two shift administrators, a fuel controller, a receiving manager, and another wheel loader operator. Together, you are responsible for receiving and handling incoming waste deliveries used as fuel in the facility. The work is varied and combines machine operation, contact with drivers, and responsibility for order and safety in the storage area. A large part of the day is spent in the wheel loader, but the role also involves collaboration with other functions within the business. In the role, you will among other things: Receive truck drivers and direct deliveries. Unload waste bales with a wheel loader to the storage area. Break open bales and handle waste for further use in the operations. Keep storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized. Participate in waste inspections together with the fuel controller. Support other departments within HEM with tasks where a wheel loader is used. Contribute to ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the receiving area.

Requirements

Your qualifications We are looking for someone who has experience working with a wheel loader in an operation where safety, quality, and responsibility are in focus. Requirements Educational certificate or professional license for a wheel loader. Documented experience working with a wheel loader within goods handling. B-driver's license. Good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, as contact with international truck drivers occurs daily.

Meritorious Experience with an excavator, telehandler, or counterbalance forklift. Good computer skills and experience using various IT systems. High school diploma.
