PHP Backend Developer (m/f/d)
Do you like looking behind the scenes? Is PHP programming and Clean Code your world? To further develop our software, we are looking for a: PHP Backend Developer (m/f/d).
Tasks
You develop and maintain our backend solutions with PHP for BlueSpice.
You contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and performant systems.
You integrate APIs and external services.
You optimize existing backend processes and code.
You work together with our frontend developers to create a smooth overall product.
You perform code reviews and support the further development of best practices.
You contribute to the planning and implementation of new features.
Qualification
You have sound knowledge in PHP (at least 3 years of professional experience).
Ideally, you have experience with MediaWiki and possibly Symfony.
You possess good knowledge in the development of RESTful APIs.
You have experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB).
You are familiar with version control systems such as Git.
You have knowledge of working with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
You are experienced in dealing with cloud environments, and server management (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
You possess very good problem-solving skills and an independent way of working.
You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have high teamwork and communication skills.
You work very conscientiously and can organize yourself well.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
