Group Finance Manager

Halliday Marx have partnered with an international consultancy to hire a Group Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities Full month end accounting for multiple entities including accurate balance sheet reconciliations Producing year end financial statements for multiple entities Annual statutory audit for multiple entities Process improvement across the group – identify weaknesses and propose solutions/improvement Actively involved and hands-on with finance/system implementations Support the year end group consolidation process Reconciliations trial balances to supporting schedules Management of IFRS 16 (leases) schedule across the group Submission of VAT returns for local entities/liaise with local tax advisors Management of one Finance Assistant

Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified with 2 years post qualification experience Strong technical accounting (IFRS & UK GAAP) Microsoft Dynamics would be an added bonus but isn’t required
