Quality Assessment Officer
Location: Grimsby Full Time, 5 days per week Driving licence and vehicle essential.
Do you have a passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality Assessment Officer to help ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery across our operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting audits, assessments and quality reviews
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards
- Investigating complaints and supporting resolutions
- Identifying improvements and implementing action plans
- Working closely with care teams to enhance service quality
What we're looking for:
- Experience in quality, compliance, governance or auditing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
